The significantly stiffer design transfers the braking force of your finger to your braking system more directly and with greater control, giving you an incomparably precise braking feel. The TRL from OAK can be placed very close to the handlebars.
In the initial state, this means (depending on the grip thickness you are using) a distance of about 30mm between the finger rest on the lever and the outer edge of the grip.

Great quality and solved reach adjustment, but find myself wanting more leverage, would love a version with 10 mm added to the lever length

Die Hebel schauen sehr gut aus, sind (mit der Anleitung von OAK Components) leicht zu montieren, liegen gut in der Hand und der Druckpunkt ist deutlich besser einstellbar als bei den Originalhebeln.

Hands down - Best Lever Ever!!!

Wir haben heutzutage die Auswahl an zig guten Stoppern - kaum eine Bremse im Qualitätssegment leistet sich absolute Schwächen. Aber kein und wirklich kein Bremsenhersteller schafft es wirklich gute Hebel an ihre Geber zu montieren. Entweder aus fragiler Plaste, unergonomisch, kein Grip, optisch ein Drama - manche alles zusammen…
Und hier kommen die OAK Lever ins Spiel!
Die Optik der Hebel is überragend - unglaublich hochwertige Frästeile, die sich durch die verschiedenen Eloxalfarben perfekt auf den Custom Build abstimmen lassen - Maschinenbau vom anderen Stern. Qualität auf absolutem Toplevel - die Haptik ist zudem genial und der Grip am Finger on Point! Meine TRP DH Evo ist nun zusammen mit TRL Levern nochmal auf nem komplett anderen Level bezüglich Dosierung, Einstellbarkeit, Power und natürlich Optik!
Kein Armpump mehr, fettes Grinsen beim späten Anbremsen und jedes Mal eine riesen Freude beim Ziehen.

Leute, wir geben viel Geld für Parts aus - teilweise nur Optik oder Parts die kaum spürbar Performance bringen. Egal ob Lenker, fancy Naben oder blingbling Vorbauten…
Diese Lever sind zwar kein Schnapper aber kicken die Performance richtig :-)
