Shipping of the goods is only possible to the countries listed below as standard. Depending on the size of your order, the goods will be shipped by DPD, UPS, DHL or a freight forwarder. You can find the respective shipping costs in the table below.
If you would like us to ship to another country, please write us an email (insert email address) before placing an order and state the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping option and the costs.

Up to a gross goods value of 99,99,- Euro the shipping costs are a flat rate of 4,20,- Euro. If the gross value of the goods exceeds 99,99,- Euro, we ship free of charge throughout Germany.

Invoice: the payment period is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, for other services, the provision of the service. You can find the terms and conditions of invoice purchase for deliveries to Germany here and for deliveries to Austria here.
Instalment purchase (only available in Germany): With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends you a monthly invoice. The use of these payment methods requires a positive credit check.
